At JUDITH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
